The Head and Neck Cancer Alliance would like to extend our gratitude to everyone who made Oral, Head and Neck Cancer Awareness Week 2009 possible. This year was a huge success and we couldn’t have done it without you!

 

If you participated by hosting an event this year, please provide your feedback by filling out and returning the OHANCAW 2009 Survey. Your insight will greatly assist us in future years’ efforts.

 

Additionally, if you haven’t already done so, please take a few minutes to also fill out the OHANCAW 2009 Data Collection Report. This report is for those sites that hosted free screenings as part of their awareness week activities. Please do fill this out as it will be greatly beneficial for future efforts.
